Remuneration: up to £39,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Quality Engineer - Floor & Wall Panels will involve:

• Quality Engineer position dealing with a high end manufactures range of floor and Wall Panels
• Support certification of the Quality Management System
• Monitor and report performance against quality objectives
• Maintain ISO9001 audit schedule and undertake internal audits
• Analyse process performance using appropriate data and statistical analysis methods
• Manage improvement projects, measuring and validating the improvements
• Carry out product quality training to internal staff members
• Manage internal Document Control process

The ideal applicant will be a Quality Engineer - Floor & Wall Panels with:

• Must have Quality experience within the manufacturing market sector
• Must have experience carrying out quality audits or document control, ideally both
• Ideally experience with document control software (Q-Pulse) & ERP software (Epicor)
• Ideally will have an auditing qualification
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to strict deadlines
• Stable career background
