Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
* ISO: 9001 Compliance: Lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO: 9001 Quality Management System.
* Quality Assurance: Develop and execute quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to product specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
* Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and components, conducting audits as needed.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, and generate regular reports on key quality metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO: 9001 standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
