This role involves comprehensive management of quality assurance activities across the full life cycle of products within a specific market sector. The Quality Engineer ensures strict compliance with relevant quality standards, thereby guaranteeing the highest quality of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the quality lead on project teams, ensuring compliance for products and services across their full life cycle working to IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.
• Approve product batch releases from a Quality perspective.
• Develop, manage, and implement plans to achieve quality assurance compliance for relevant products.
• Handle customer complaints, corrective and preventative actions, and root cause investigations.
• Plan, implement, and report on validation activities, both internally and with suppliers/customers.

Requirements.

• Proven Quality Engineer experience to IATF 16949.
• Experience with FMEAs, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, 8Ds, Customer complaints, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent systems & IT skills.

Location: Blackpool
Perm: circa 35k - 45k (negotiable - dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday.
