Customer Quality Engineer Advert
Impact Recruitment are currently looking to recruit for a Quality Engineer for a client based in Northampton. As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for collecting and analysing all quality related data and take first line containment actions in order to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction.
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 (Yearly bonus based on performance)
Shift: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
Location: Northampton office with national travel (company car pool and expenses paid)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients regarding any quality issues of products.
- Visit and meet with customers/clients to gather quality reports.
- Ensure that all relevant information on quality related activities is logged, analysed and transferred to the concerned stakeholder.
- Collect, compile, and sort client specific data from various sources.
- Make available relevant data in a structured and accessible way.
- Provide concerned AGEU plants timely with correct data & insights.
- Quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis (e.g. claims, avoided claims, ppm).
- Deliver customer support in terms of analysis and provide short term containment actions.
- Initiate, build and maintain wide variety of relationships internally and externally.
- Monitor and follow-up QSHE AGEU procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility.
- Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude.
Experience:
- Basic Knowledge of IATF OR ISO9001.
- 8D and Problem solving.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Good networking skills.
- Auditing Experience.
- Be very accurate and precise.
- Pro-activity and reactivity.
- Managing stressful situations; Maintain a calm, controlled and positive manner when under pressure and remain focused on the task.
