Quality & Governance Lead
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has current and relevant experience within managing healthcare services. You will have one or more of the following qualifications Registered Nurse, Registered Managers Award or Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care Services Level 5.
You will lead on all quality standards, governance, assurance and improvement, audit, policy & risk management. The post holder will link with all heads of department across the organisation providing professional advice, guidance and support for operations and clinical teams. It will be your responsibility to lead CQC inspections with Quality Assurance Manager.
As the Quality & Governance Lead you will be a Registered Manager and have responsibility for ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and highlight any areas for improvement.
