monday - Friday (8-5) 2pm finish on Fridays

Our client is a leading engineering manufacturer with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Quality Inspector with experience in a similar role
Role & Responsibilities:
- The Quality Inspector will ensure all product is of the highest standard
- You will inspect precision machined parts and their components
- Inspect all aspect of the process, including goods in, in process and goods out
- Verification the components match the drawing tolerances
- Use of measurig equipment inicluding CMMs, Gauges, and Micrometeres
- Writing reports for example NCRs and FAIRs
- Root cause Investigation and using Corrective measures when issues arise
- Communicating with suppliers and customers
- Calibration
- Working alongside ISO9001 standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 Years experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
- CMM experience is essential
- Must be used to working to tight tolerances
- The candidate should come from an engineering background
- Knowledge of Precision Engineering
