Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Lead to join our operations team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of homes covering Nottingham, Doncaster and the Midlands and will be expected to work collaboratively with the operations team, care home managers and staff in supporting them to meet the highest standards of care to improve the overall quality of life for our residents living in our homes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and auditing of the key performance and care quality indicators, including the management of care on the PCS system & evaluating and enhancing service quality standards. You will also be expected to provide support and guidance to our home managers on compliance with regulatory requirements this includes the new CQC framework.
Experience / Qualification:
- Ideally you would be a registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Relevant qualification or experience within the health care sector
- Previously held a role in adult social care that involved quality improvement as a large part of the role.
- Experience of developing others
- Have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector
- Equality and Diversity awareness
- Experience, skills and knowledge sufficient to enable the post-holder to assist, advise, and train staff in the provision of high-quality person-centred care
- Previous experience as a home manager
- Previous experience of motivating and leading staff.
