Job Summary: As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our educational offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of quality assurance activities, including but not limited to acting as the Ofsted Nominee, preparing Self-Assessment Reports (SAR), developing Quality Improvement Plans (QIP), supporting Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs), and conducting standardisation meetings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the Ofsted Nominee for the provider. 2. Lead the development and implementation of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). 3. Support and guide Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) in their roles. 4. Organise and conduct regular standardisation meetings to ensure consistency and quality across all provisions. 5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, learning, and assessment practices. 6. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the quality of education and training. 7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to further education and skills training. 8. Collaborate with other departments to align quality assurance processes with organisational goals. Essential Requirements: - Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the further education and skills sector. - Thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements, Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and quality standards in education. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to analyse data and produce detailed reports. - A commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
