As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and direct the QA department, working closely with suppliers, production teams, and customers. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and improving quality standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the QA teamImplement and improve quality management systemsConduct internal auditsEnsure compliance with ISO standardsOversee health and safety and environmental management The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years in a quality role, with 3+ years in managementRelevant qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or ManufacturingExperience with quality management tools (8D, 5Y, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA)Strong understanding of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018Excellent communication and analytical skills This role offers an exciting challenge for a quality professional looking to take the next step in their career.
