Isle of Wight Jobs are recruiting for a Quality Manager at a global and industry leading organisation here on the Isle of Wight.

Main duties include:
- Develop and maintain our QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015
- Co-ordinate Quality Assurance activities to prevent the release on non-conforming products.
- Drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing facility and supply base using tried and tested quality control and assurance methods; six sigma, lean and kaizen etc.
- Co-ordinate and complete internal and supply base audits – communicating and recording any OFIs or NCs raised.
- Ensure build and test documents are to a repeatable high standard whilst improving where possible.
- Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely.
- Ensure goods inwards Quality checking are adhered to, documented, and communicate thoroughly to the business.
- Track, trend and monitor relevant KPIs in line with Quality objectives.
- Ensuring all products and services comply with customer specifications.
- Drive culture of quality through all departments of the business
Required Experience:
- Experience in developing and maintaining a Quality Management system in line with ISO 9001:2015.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Experience with ATEX and marine type approval advantageous.
- Experience with CE marking advantageous.

- Must be willing to travel or relocate to the Isle of Wight.
