Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 standards? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in London, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Lean Manufacturing Integration:
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to integrate quality standards seamlessly into the entire production process.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Investigate and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive process improvement.
Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for employees to enhance awareness and skills.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse quality data, create reports, and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications in quality management or a related field.
