One of the UK''s largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to strengthen service delivery against a Healthcare Contract for the PFI Client and their Mental Health hospital in Prospect Park, Reading.
*We do not require Quality experience in Facilities Management*
The site has a capacity of 200 patients
This is a newly acquired contract and this role of Quality Manager is a contractual requirement, intended to review and improve processes spanning service including engineering maintenance, catering, cleaning and more
The FM Provider (the employer) deploy approx 100 staff on site and are under strict SLAs and KPIs with service delivery, therefore this role is key to help the contract to meet target by undertaking a comprehensive process review scheme

Actions will include:
- Act as contract champion for quality control and assurance procedures.
- Develop meaningful relationships with all service leads and key stakeholders to ensure that processes in place are all optimised to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of deliverables is central to all policies.
- Own and continually update the Quality Management System and all Service Quality Plans, ensuring communication with all stakeholders upon updates
- Lead performance reviews with service leads and the General Manager, taking on board any issues or queries raised and offering process driven solutions for service leads to implement and own operationally.
- Use discussion and process for continual improvement.
- Be accountable for and manage the quality management processes with particular focus to be paid to the utilisation of CAFM(Computer aided Facilities Managment) and other automated systems to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
- Act as a contract champion for the CAFM system – integrating learning from the central CAFM team and from connections with other contracts to ensure that processes are optimised for the contract
- Audit all quality systems at regular intervals and report the findings of such to all key stakeholders, with particular focus on ongoing suitability and effectiveness
- Liaise with the SPV and Trust representatives, acting as the lead for all matters relating to quality management and improvement processes. Share reports with Healthcare SLT as and when required
- Work with support functions and operations colleagues to understand where process can be improved to maximise billing opportunities
- Work closely with the Helpdesk to ensure that they understand what is expected of them in terms of process and their part to play in quality management
We need from you:
- Some clear experience within the Quality field
- Ideally a Nebosh Qual
