The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none. Quality Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a small team of professionals working to enhance and deliver services that facilitate quality assurance procedures. This opportunity will allow you to be proactive and take the initiative, leading the development and maintenance of the university’s academic compliance and quality assurance frameworks. This is an integral role requiring close networking across academic and professional teams, and liaison with external governing bodies as needs arise. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and develop university policies and associated procedures and build a cooperative culture between professional services and Quality Managers within academic faculties. Quality assurance is an integral and essential area of higher education delivery, enabling the university to not only remain compliant with UK HE standards, but also ensure that our students have an outstanding educational experience. You will ideally have demonstrable experience of Higher Education Administration and a good understanding of academic regulations. You will be confident in interpreting and analysing data and have good problem-solving skills.
