Our client is a market leader with UK designed and manufactured products engineered to address opportunities and demands in the Foodservice, Hospitality and Environmental sectors and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager with previous experience within this sector.
The role reports into the Commercial Director and you will be responsible for the Southern Region of the UK.
You will be responsible for developing positive revenue and margin growth through planning and execution of the agreed sales strategy, developing and manage client relationship, whilst professionally representing the company.
Key Client Responsibilities:
- Managing key group client portfolio
- B2B sales through to key foodservice equipment distributors, contractors and wholesalers
- Development of additional channel business
Role and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's. Generally minimum plus 10% year on year
- Contribute to the delivery of agreed business objectives
- Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives, and developing new account sales
- Delivering excellent customer service focus in creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Manage sales process and pipeline
Experience & Personal Specification:
- A proven performance record and legacy in sales and account management, within the hospitality industry
- Ability to create, develop and maintain relationship by demonstrating listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Have natural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge and experience of the Foodservice & Hospitality industry
Salary: £45000
Company Car Allowance: £6,000
Annual Commission (OTE): £16,000 (£4,000 per quarter)
