This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the growth and maximizing revenues across a portfolio of clients.
- Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within our key partners.
- Act as main point of contact within the organization for your portfolio.
- Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements.
- Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs.
- Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
- Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to the Head of Account Management and the wider commercial management team when needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in the iGaming industry as a Salesperson or Account Manager, or a similar commercially led role.
- Self-starter and motivated to succeed, with a track record of delivering against targets in a commercially driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to be able to handle multiple tasks / projects and deliver on these within tight deadlines.
- Able to handle top tier clients and the associated pressures that come with working under commercial targets.
- Strong analytical / numerical skills and must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem solving complex issues.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English.
