Key Responsibilities:
Update Quality Management System (QMS): Ensure all QMS documentation is up-to-date and meticulously controlled, maintaining relevance and adherence to policies and procedures.
Remote Supplier Approval: Facilitate the supplier approval process by handling SAQs, reviewing submissions, and ensuring follow-up actions are promptly taken and documented.
Specifications Master: Assist in crafting internal and customer specifications, gathering and scrutinising supplier information, and liaising effectively to finalize specifications while ensuring they're consistently updated and stored appropriately.
Artwork Accuracy: Support legal artwork checks for retail packaging and labels, ensuring designs align with specifications and regulations through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Customer Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints by maintaining the database, investigating root causes, and coordinating with suppliers and customers for resolutions while managing monthly and annual complaint reports.
Testing Coordination: Organize product testing schedules, ensuring timely completion while maintaining all technical filing systems to keep them up-to-date.
