What are your responsibilities in this position?
- Maintain all key metric data and charts regarding the quality performance, providing detailed weekly and monthly reports / presentations
- Ensure timely responses are provided and communicated back to interested parties
- Maintain CCR trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date at all times. Communicate performance ensuring timely close out of outstanding CCR's.
- Participate in quarterly stock take of non-conforming product. Communicate non-conforming products to both internal and external stakeholders; administrate the non-conformance tracker to ensure non-conformance's are closed in a timely manner
- Raise supplier rejection and non-conformance reports with supporting evidence for supplier quality issues
- Manage release of certified products on the QAA system
- Implement a consumable stock audit and maintain stocks as required
What does the perfect candidate look like?
- GCSE in Maths, English and ICT ( ESSENTIAL )
- Experience in business process analysis, improvement tools and re-engineering ( DESIRED )
- Textile knowledge ( DESIRED )
- Knowledge of textile fault awareness and identification ( DESIRED )
- Knowledge of AS400
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages in particular Microsoft Excel
