QUALITY SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE MANAGER - FIXED TERM ROLE - SURREY
A biopharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking for a Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to join their team on a 14 month fixed term basis.
Reporting into the Head of Quality, this role will manage a small experienced team and support the day to day processes and systems within the quality department.
You will lead the quality processes such as investigations, deviations and CAPA's and ensure all documentation amongst the team are accurate and completed within specified timeframes.
Within this managerial role you will deliver direct supervision to the small team, support with any incidents as well as coach, develop and provide training to the team members.
You will be accountable for the quality compliance programs, quality management programs and act as the representative for these areas during regulatory inspections and audits.
Suitable candidates will have at least 3-4 years experience within a managerial role leading a quality team and working in a pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or animal health environment.
This role offers a hybrid working policy (2 days from home per week) after probation has been passed.
