The post holder is responsible for managing, developing, testing, sustaining and analysing information and data of the Quality Information systems, such as Datix. To ensure that the organisation obtains the maximum benefit from the system, which includes consideration and implementation of new upgrades; to identify future enhancements to the systems and for evaluating proposed system changes.

The Quality Systems Officer will be the in-house expert for systems such as Datix throughout the Trust, ensuring staff are fully trained and supported in the use of the system, ensuring that correct data entry leads to utilisation of the system to its full potential.

• The aims of this role is to provide effective management of systems such as the Datix Risk Management System and the information contained within, in order that staff within and external to the organisation obtain accurate, timely risk management information on which to make informe
• To directly manage the Datix Risk Management system across all modules utilised by the Trust – (Incidents, Risks, Claims, Complaints/PALS and Safety Alerts)
