Role Overview: As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you an integral part of our team.
The Key Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:
- The quality Technician will conduct through inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or defects in the production process.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- The Quality Technician Document and maintain detailed records of inspection results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality.
- The Quality Technician will oversee the maintenance of production equipment Assess rejects for root cause and ensure timely completion of reject notes
- Enforce staff compliance with good ESD practices Compose new process instructions and conduct periodic reviews Implement and enforce Lean Manufacturing methods in production
The key Requirements of the Quality Technician:
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
