Quality Technician

Working for this busy manufacturing site in Saffron Walden you will develop an understanding of the scope of activities and related objectives of the QA department, support the administration of the QMS in accordance with the requirements set out by the relevant standards, actively support the investigation of all quality related issues, whether external or internal, in the identification of the root cause and the selection, implementation and verification of corrective action, support the day-to-day management of the calibration system, so as to ensure that all calibrated equipment is tracked and recalibrated in a timely manner, become familiar with the processes and principles employed in the Technical Services department.
After required training you will support the internal audit process within the company, support the process of equipment validation as required for new equipment, as well as revalidation of existing equipment, gain an appreciation of the operation of the R&D department and to support the control and review of R&D QMS documentation as required and gain a working appreciation of SAP, particularly those areas most relevant in supporting those activities detailed above.
