- Develop and refine quality assurance processes

- Investigate and address quality issues
- Maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality engineering, ideally in semiconductor or optoelectronics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and reliability testing
- Hands-on experience with failure mode analysis
- Familiarity with statistical analysis (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
