My client- a leading Energy company is actively seeking a professional in Credit Analytics and Quantitative Analytics to take on a pivotal role in the heart of London's financial district. As a key member of our esteemed Credit department, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing cutting-edge quantitative and reporting tools. Your responsibilities will span assessing credit exposure scenarios for both existing and new transactions, quantifying credit charges (CVA), and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of credit reports and systems.
This role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in maintaining exposure within Credit appetite and actively contribute to Credit and liquidity optimization initiatives alongside the Head of XVA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all aspects of exposure modelling and CVA computation.
- Assess credit exposure scenarios for both existing and new transactions.
- Quantify applicable credit charges (CVA) and ensure the accuracy of credit reports and systems.
- Proactively propose credit mitigation strategies to maintain exposure within Credit appetite.
- Collaborate with the Head of XVA on various aspects of Credit and liquidity optimization.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in similar roles within an energy trading environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage exposure modelling and CVA computation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
