Job Description
As A Quant Risk Analyst you will:
- Develop and implement risk models to manage financial risks.
- Analyse and interpret complex financial data to inform risk management decisions.
- Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure all risk-related processes are in line with company policies.
- Provide regular risk reports to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial markets and the wider financial services industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement risk management strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quant Risk Analyst should have:
- A degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to a non-technical audience.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
