QUANTITATIVE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (SOCIAL/POLITICAL RESEARCH)

Rapidly growing start-up looking to build out their social and political research teams with a senior candidate to help manage and grow the function over the course of the year.

THE ROLE:

The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct and deliver quantitative research projects
• Work closely with leadership to develop new business strategy
• Play a key part in winning and building out new business
• Support in the hiring of the team
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team
• Design and script surveys

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Associate Director will have:

• Experience in the quantitative market research industry
• Knowledge of the research project life cycle from start to finish, including delivering insights
• A background in social/political research
• The ability to design and script surveys
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Management experience
• Knowledge of R and Python are desirable but not essential
• A strong academic background
