This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join a Renewable Energy company based from their office near Exeter, with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

This pioneering Renewable Energy company have gone from strength to strength in the last few years and are looking to support the exciting expansion they're going through by bringing an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor on board.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar position and be interested in creating costs and valuations within Construction, Civils or Energy. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working primarily from their office near Exeter, with occasional travel to other sites.

The Role:

• Focus on creating costs and valuations for a wide range of projects
• Pricing and tendering
• Overseeing and checking costs
• Working on interesting and exciting civils projects

The Person:

• Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong commercial understanding: creating costs/valuations, understanding how to put a cost together from drawings
• Track record within pricing and tendering
