The Company are so diverse in their ability to delivering projects more led by the clients’ requirements than being industry specific. They have capability across many market sectors including Leisure, Commercial, Residential and General Construction.

Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Experience ideals
- Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying [desirable – progression towards or completion of RICS]
- 2 years’ experience in the construction sector
- Understanding of JCT contracts
- Life-cycle commercial management of contract / package values of circa £ 500k to £5m

Quantity Surveyor
Experience Ideals
- Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying
- 2 years’ experience in the construction sector working for a contractor with civils, subcontractor or construction delivery.
- Effective working knowledge of both JCT and NEC contracts

- Detail and solution orientation
- Capable of working on own initiative within an agreed framework of empowerment
- Someone who will fight hard but fair for contractual entitlement
- Likes to feel part of an effective team
- Visible i.e.: enjoys working on-site and within an office environment
