SalaryOur client, a leading Main Contractor, specialising in office fitout, based in Manchester, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The QS will be working on high-end office fit-outs across the UK, focusing on projects from £50k to £10M plus. The QS will be working as a key member of the commercial team, based from the Manchester office with sites visits as required across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established an expanding company, who deliver some incredible projects for both blue-chip and boutique clients. Quantity Surveyor Position Benefits & Salary
- Salary: £40k - £55k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Operating as a key member of the commercial team

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Hold a HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience
- A knowledge of office fitout
- Open to AQS's looking for the next step
- Must be professional and presentable
- North-West based
