Based in Hull.
My client are one of the best known family owned construction companies in the region. They typically construct schools, offices, factories & warehouses and high specification buildings in the hospital sectors.
They are a YORbuild Principal contractor, delivering projects with values up to 5m. Form of contract: JCT D&B & NEC
Role: They are looking for a surveyor that is looking to manage their own projects.
It is not essential if you have never manage your own CVR's.
