Position Overview: They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to their diverse range of projects, providing expertise in cost management, commercial oversight, and ensuring the successful delivery of major programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate quantity surveying services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from £45,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
