About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on a brand-new £100m rail project from its Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) stage right through to completion. You'll be based in the Bristol Temple Meads area, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the rail industry, including 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Project Expertise: Proven track record on projects valued around £100m.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Commercial Insight: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive project success.
