Are you an established Quantity Surveyor with experience in Main Contracting, ideally within the Fit Out environment? We are looking for a proactive individual with a relevant quantity surveying degree qualification and a minimum of 5 years working experience. Your role will be pivotal in taking commercial responsibility for contract performance, maximizing turnover, and ensuring profitability. Your strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build robust relationships with clients, architects, and delivery partners will set you apart.

Your duties and responsibilities:

* Lead the valuation process and monitor element costings.
* Prepare and monitor the Procurement Schedule.
* Assist with value engineering exercises.
* Attend meetings with colleagues and Ultimate delivery partners.
* Instruct accounts for invoicing and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare 'rolling' final account throughout the project.
* Close out financial accounts and retention releases.
* Provide feedback to delivery partners and supply chain on completion.

What you'll need to succeed:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Main Contracting.
* Full UK driving license and flexibility in terms of working hours.
* Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Word and Excel (intermediate level).
