Commercial Asset Manager

We are partnering with one of Europe's largest commercial real estate companies to find an experienced Asset Manager for their Leeds office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies for a portfolio of premium properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to grow within a dynamic and successful organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Optimisation: Identify and implement strategies to optimize your portfolio, including diversification and value-add initiatives.
• Lease Management: Handle all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations, and provide recommendations for annual budgets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Property Managers and the wider team, building strong relationships with occupiers to ensure best practices and high standards.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and enhance the financial performance of your assets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Commercial Asset management role. MRICS qualification is advantageous.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of the real estate sector, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
• Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team while also being focused and driven when working independently.
• Ambition: A proactive attitude with a desire to grow and progress within the company.
