SalaryMy client is one of the UK's leaders in Fire Protection services, offering a 3rd party accredited service to works on fire doors and fire stopping in social housing and occupied premises. They have had an extremely successful past 3 years which has resulted in some excellent growth. Due to this they are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to work from their location near North Leeds.
To be considered for this role, you will need experience of working in Fire Protection / social housing contracts, be able to show a good working knowledge of monthly reports, be able to work to tight deadlines, and have extensive commercial management experience.
You will be a good all rounder with experience of commercial management through to estimating / pricing.
You will be expected to take projects from award to final pricing, report CVRs / forecast, manage sub-contract accounts, produce applications for payment, measure / price and evaluate tenders and cost management.
