Join our Civil Engineering Team as a Quantity Surveyor in Northern Ireland for NI Water
About GRAHAM:

The Opportunity:
- Support site team on an exciting development project with NI Water.
- Manage costs, recover value, and build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Who you are:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of NEC contracts (options 3 & 4, Defined Cost, Cost Value Reconciliation).
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (MRICS/MCICES a plus).
- Full driving licence and experience working with a main contractor.
What you'll do:
- Establish project budget and ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Review contracts, procure subcontracts, and handle subcontract issues.
- Manage cash flow and forecast budgets.
- Liaise with clients and represent the company commercially.
