The company is looking to build upon its reputation with a Quantity Surveyor who will be pivotal to the financial success of the projects in the company.
In this role, you will be working closely alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a number of tasks from subcontract payments to the production of internal financial reports. You will be working effectively and efficiently within a dynamic team to increase profitability and financial return for the company by monitoring cash flow for designated projects and ensuring effective commercial control and administration of subcontractor accounts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Quantity surveying experience. Importantly the candidate will have a can-do attitude and will be looking to build upon their experience in a new industry and are motivated to learn and develop within renewables.

The Role:
*Overseeing daily quantity surveying activities for all commercial projects, including subcontract payments, cost tracking, and internal financial reporting
*Preparing monthly financial reports for Senior Management
*Monitoring Cashflow for designated projects
*Controlling/developing Sub contractor accounts
The Person:
*2 years of Quantity Surveying experience
*Eager to learn and develop with the renewables industry
*Ability to work effectively within a Dynamic team
