Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cladding Site Manager to oversee Rainscreen Cladding and curtain wall projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of cladding projects, including Rainscreen Cladding and curtain walling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
• Travel to Midlands-based sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing cladding projects, specifically Rainscreen Cladding and curtain walling.
• Strong understanding of external façade and cladding systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Valid driving license.

Qualifications:

• Relevant construction management qualifications preferred.
