RAN Performance & Optimisation Engineer

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an multiple experienced RAN Performance & Optimisation Engineer who is comfortable with working alongside our clients to achieve their business goals. Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years in a network engineering role, Technical SME for RAN Performance & Optimisation
• Strong understanding of 5G/4G technologies, RAN standards, and protocols.
• Strong RAN knowledge across all technologies with a Performance & Optimisation background • Experience with tools such as Atoll, XCAL/XCAP, GIS
• Experience with data analysis and associated tools (R, Python, SQL, Excel).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially concerning RAN components.
• Proficiency with security protocols, VPNs, and firewall configuration for networks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
