R&D Project Lead needed in Lincolnshire. SRG are working with an agile company whose products and services are used for multiple industries from pharmaceutical, medical devices, FMCG and engineering.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Permanent role

SRG are working with a family run company who are looking for an R&D Project Lead to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. If you have industry experience or have recently graduated from a Science degree, I would love to hear from you! The main aspect of this role is managing R&D projects, liaising with various teams, they need someone who is confident with speaking to new people and can quickly build new relationships. If you are highly organised and enjoy working with people on exciting projects, then this role could be for you.

Role:

• Taking lead on R&D Projects - Managing all aspects and appropriately tracking and recording projects
• Working with the Project Management team to plan R&D projects.
• Working closely with the R&D team to implement new technologies
• Ensure processes for each project are adhered to throughout.
• Communicate across the business to ensure projects are following timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Scientific field
• Driving License
• Confident with speaking to new people
• Organised and able to manage various projects at once
• Creative and innovative
