SalaryScience Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit an R&D Project Leader for one of our clients based in East Lincolnshire. This role sits within the Materials Science team.
To be considered for this role you must have a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or a similar subject.
No experience is required for this position if you hold the desired level of education, any industrial experience in working with plastics or textiles is highly desirable.
Role requirements:
- Bachelors educated as a minimum in Materials Science, Chemistry or a closely related subject.
- No industrial experience is required, any experience in working with textiles or plastics is highly desirable.
- Previous project management experience will also be highly desirable for this position.
Role responsibilities:
- Undertake and manage various R&D Projects across the business.
- Actively provide technical support where appropriate to individuals and teams within the business.
- Attend exhibitions and customer meetings to gain an insight as to what they require.
- Accurately report on the R&D projects that you’re managing.
