Reporting in to the Operations Manager your main responsibilities will be to motivate, coach and develop your team, enabling and empowering them to deliver the high levels of customer service we expect. As the Re-Hire Manager you will embed a positive culture of continuous improvement, manage absence and resource effectively as well as measure and monitor operational procedures to minimise risk and cost. You will be measured on team performance – revenue growth, reducing credits, queries, quote conversion and margin achievement.
