We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Reablement Support Workers to join our dedicated Rapid Community Reablement Team working across the Isle of Man.
The aim of the Rapid Community Reablement Team is to work intensively with service users for a short period of time, towards set goals. These goals are designed to support the service user to regain skills, which they may have temporarily lost due to illness or injury, and enable them to live at their maximum level of independence in their own homes.
