SalaryIn this role, you will:
- Focus on the Asset Management of European Real Estate Loans, post-acquisition.
- Monitor and manage loans through the entire life cycle.
- Work with the Investment Team and other internal departments.
- Work with external parties including Banks, Legal Advisors, Facility Agents etc.
- Monitor Performance of Real Estate Loans from inception through to repayment.
- Monitor and manage payments, re-payments, cash flows, valuations, reconciliations and finance operations.
Experience:
- Strong academics in a relevant field.
- Real Asset experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate.
- Real Asset Debt/Loan experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and able to work with Investment teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional European languages are a plus, particularly French or German.
- Strong Excel/VBA.
