Your new job as a Real Estate Account Executive, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who prides themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Account Executive to join them in a client and market-facing role that offers excellent opportunity for professional development as a member of their London Team
Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and Real Estate clients. You will act as a client advocate serving as a key contact within the account team working with an allocation of clients from varying sizes from commercial to large corporate Property accounts. You will be responsible for obtaining both renewal and new business quotations and prepare market presentations. Other duties will include building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of Clients, Insurers, Lawyers and Loss Adjusters and effectively manage the credit control processes and track the premium payments
What you\'ll need to succeed
Your previous experience of handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success. Ideally, you will experience within a similar role and strong technical knowledge of not only property risks but also experience of associated casualty lines of business. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within our business.
