SalaryDue to a number of large new business wins, an expanding and well respected commercial insurance brokerage based in central Birmingham have the requirement for two Real Estate Account Handlers to join their expanding team.
Supporting Accounr Executives who have recently won some sizable Real Estate clients, you will assist with their day to day responsiblities, performing MTA's forthe clients, producing policy documentations, leasing with insurers to ensure the clients have the best rates on the market, assisting with the Account Executives presentations and general administrative tasks.
Bases in central Birmingham, but with the option to work on a hybrid basis, you will ideally have experience dealing with commercial property risks, if you have dealt with large property Real Estate portfolios then you will be highly considered, however my client is willing to think outside the box to a degree should you know the basics of commecial property and be looking to specilise in that area.
