Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisitions Agent to join our team. As an Acquisitions Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the high-end property market. Your primary responsibility will be to visit leads of properties, assess their value, and determine their viability as worthwhile investments.
This role will be based in Battersea, it will also include extensive travel around the UK. A fully expensed car will provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities in the high-end property sector.
* Visit properties to assess their condition, value, and investment potential.
* Analyse market trends, comparable sales data, and other relevant factors to determine the feasibility of each investment.
* Negotiate purchase terms and agreements with property owners and sellers.
* Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and development to facilitate the acquisition process.
* Maintain relationships with property owners, Real Estate agents, and other industry professionals.
* Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the Real Estate market.
