Venari Legal are delighted to be working with one of our long standing national law firms who are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate solicitor into their award winning Real Estate team.
This is the chance to work with one of the UK's largest Real Estate team advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. The law firm offer exceptional market knowledge and hold an outstanding reputation with clients and in the legal market generally.
You will be joining their thriving and supportive Scottish team based out of their Edinburgh office, with hybrid working the norm. The Real Estate division is at the forefront of the firms strategic growth where you will be exposed to a great variety of commercial property and Real Estate finance matters. You will be passionate in Real Estate law and will be skilled in acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters, with some experience of Real Estate finance.
The firm are happy to consider applicants with general commercial property experience but would be happy to develop specialisms in the medium to long term. It is an exciting time to join the firm during a period of growth and the chance to be a key individual in the continued development of their brand across Scotland and the UK.
