Job Title: Real Estate Financial Modeller (Senior Analyst)
Location: Henrietta House, London West End
CBRE Financial Advisory, a division of CBRE Loan Services & Capital Advisors, is seeking a Financial Modeller to join our team in London. This role offers an ideal opportunity for financial modelling experts to use their skills in a dynamic, Real Estate-focused environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise clients on investment, development viability and portfolio analysis across various Real Estate sectors. Responsibilities will include creating and managing bespoke financial models, performing scenario analysis, interpreting financial documents and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.
Key requirements for this role include
- a minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- ACA qualification (preferred)
- Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Previous exposure to Real Estate and the ability to present complex issues professionally will be a definite advantage.
