A reputable Top 150 law firm are seeking a newly qualified Real Estate lawyer to join Commercial Property team. They are a full serviced firm with multiple offices across the South and have over 100 specialist lawyers across all offices. The department works with a variety of commercial clients including but not limited to individuals, businesses, house builders and developers, pension funds, restaurants, retailers, lenders, charities, local authorities and other public sector organisations.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and have experience working in Commercial Property;
* Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities;
* A sense of initiative and enthusiasm;
* Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate;
* Confidences and ability to communicate to a high standard;
* Competent IT skills.
