SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary within the field of Real Estate Litigation for a top legal 500 in London City.
A minimum of 2 years experience within this field is a must with additional skills to include:
- File opening and closing
- Completion of lease extensions
- Experience of SDLT and land registry
- Requisitions
- Good administrative and time management skills
- Be a proactive and responsible team member
- Also have a professional and confident approach to work
You will be supporting two property litigation fee-earners (one partner, one solicitor) & also a commercial litigation/employment partner.
BENEFITS:
- Salary is in the region of £34,000 - £37,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- An informal hybrid working arrangements and some remote working may be possible (3 days in-office minimum), on completion of a 3 month probationary period
